Whitney Wallingford

Having practiced law in central Kentucky since 1979, Whitney provides experience in corporate, transactional, employment, estate, probate, and ERISA matters. Whitney’s representation extends to public, private, and non-profit entities. Whitney serves as a board member, investor, and advisor to a number of private and non-profit entities.

Nick Wallingford

A lawyer with a wide breadth of experience, Nick represents clients in a variety of legal situations. He has served as lead counsel in complex litigation involving claims arising out of business and shareholder disputes, construction litigation and claims arising under the Federal False Claims Act . His experience includes the representation of local governments in constitutional based claims and claims for overpayment. He has appeared as lead counsel on behalf of clients before numerous state and federal administrative agencies including Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Labor, US Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Nick also serves as counsel for complex business entities including non-profit organizations, business cooperatives and trade organizations.

The father of three boys, Nick volunteers as a board member for a number of local non-profits including the YMCA of Central Kentucky and serves as a youth soccer coach. He is a graduate of Sewanee and the University of Kentucky College of Law.

David Wolfe

David has been with Wallingford Law since 2003. His areas of practice include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, estate administration, and estate planning. David represents bank trust departments in the administration of large trusts and estates. He formerly served in a trust department from 1984 to 2002 and obtained certification from the American Bankers Association Trust School in 1985. David graduated from the American Bankers Association National Graduate Trust School in 1986 and 1987, where he earned the Certified Trust Financial Specialist (CTFS) designation.

David is active in his community and served on the Board of Trustees of Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital from 1997 to 2007 and on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers/Big Sisters for 1997 to 2010, serving as President from 2006 to 2007. He is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
