Nick Wallingford

Nick provides legal representation to small businesses and individuals with a wide variety of legal needs. He provides both planning and business services to clients and also brings considerable litigation experience. He has argued before the Kentucky Court of Appeals and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and represented clients before various administrative agencies, including the US Trademark Office and the Environmental Protection Agency. Despite the vast experience, Nick assists his clients by targeting areas of need and working to obtain a simple resolution.

David Wolfe

David has over 35 years of experience working with trusts and estates. A graduate of the National Trust School and National Graduate Trust School, David holds the designation of a Certified Financial Trust Officer and previously served on the University of Kentucky Midwest/Midsouth Estate and Trusts Continuing Education Planning Committee. David hasassisted clients in preparing estate plans and administering estates at Wallingford Law since 2003.

Brian Ritchie

Since joining Wallingford Law in 2001, Brian has practiced primarily in the areas of employee benefits, corporate law, and employment law. He represents employers and individuals in all aspects of ERISA and employee benefits matters, and represents corporate and business clients, both for-profit and non-profit, in connection with their diverse legal needs. Brian also represents clients in whistle-blower litigation under the False Claims Act.

Brendan Shevlin

Brendan has over 15 years litigation experience with an emphasis on representing creditors and businesses throughout Kentucky in state, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts. A native of Long Island, Brendan has called Lexington home for 20 years. A graduate of Centre College where he competed on the soccer team, Brendan now coaches youth soccer in Lexington in his spare time.

A 2014 graduate of UK School of Law, Rachel is a rising attorney with extraordinary legal drafting skills.  She is a native of Richmond, Kentucky and holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in English literature and Spanish.  Prior to law school, Rachel worked with the Kentucky Equal Justice Center and continues to volunteer her talents to improving her community.
